Data collected

Name, phone, delivery address, email address (optional), order contents and history, and technical security data (IP address, sign-in logs).

Purposes

Processing and delivering orders, sending tracking and confirmation emails, answering requests, preventing fraud and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. No data is sold or used for targeted advertising.

Recipients

Authorised Shifapara staff, carriers (name, phone, address and amount to collect), our email provider and our hosting providers.

Hosting and transfer

Data is hosted by Vercel (United States) and Supabase (European Union). This transfer outside Morocco is subject to the formalities required by law 09-08 with the CNDP.

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years (accounting obligations); technical logs for 12 months at most.

Cookies

The website only uses one technical cookie, needed to sign in to your customer account; your cart is kept in your browser. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
