Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern sales made on this website between Shifapara and any individual ordering for personal use, with delivery in Morocco. The French version prevails.
Products
We sell branded parapharmacy and cosmetic products bought from their distribution channels. Photos are for illustration. Every product ships with an expiry date printed on its packaging.
Prices
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown in the cart before you confirm the order. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
Orders
Your order is recorded when you confirm it on the website; a summary is emailed if you give an address. We may confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. An unconfirmed order may be cancelled after 48 hours.
Payment
Payment is cash only, to the courier, when the parcel is delivered.
Delivery
We deliver across Morocco through carriers. Delivery times are indicative. A tracking number is provided at dispatch when available.
Checking at delivery
At delivery, the customer opens the parcel in front of the courier and checks every product (item, quantity, packaging, expiry date) before paying. If a product is damaged, wrong or missing, the customer refuses the parcel and pays nothing.
After payment
Once the order has been accepted and paid, Shifapara does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, including for a change of mind, subject to the rights the law grants consumers.
Legal warranty
Customers benefit from the legal warranty against defects in goods sold (Code of Obligations and Contracts, article 549 onwards). To use it, contact us at shifapara.contact@gmail.com with your order number.
Personal data
Data collected for your order is processed under our privacy policy and law 09-08.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including law 31-08 on consumer protection. In a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action before the competent courts.
