How to use
Adaptation period: Apply in the evening, 2 to 3 times per week for the first two weeks. Targeted application: Use a small amount on concerned areas (wrinkles, enlarged pores). Gradual increase: Increase frequency of use based on your skin's tolerance. Sun protection: Apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every morning, even though the serum is used exclusively at night.
Precautions
Mandatory sun protection: Retinal temporarily thins the stratum corneum and increases photosensitivity. It is essential to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50+) every morning. Patch test: Apply a small dab of product behind the ear or on the inner wrist 24 hours prior to first use to test for allergic reactions. Medical contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women (as with all retinoids). Areas to avoid: Do not apply to the upper eyelids, lash line, immediate lip contour, or compromised/irritated skin. Incompatible combinations on the same evening: Do not combine with other exfoliating or potentially irritating active ingredients (AHA/BHA, PHA acids, physical scrubs, or high-concentration pure vitamin C). Discontinue use 3 to 5 days before facial waxing, chemical peels, or laser treatments.
